Wonderful combination of variety of different instruments! The introduction to this composition is brilliant as it directly catches people's attention. |

What a wonderful soprano!!! Mysterious, but very subtle :) |

This compilation of dancing tunes is packed with old European traditions. Listening to the whole work is like looking back in time. Life could feel a little bit sad as shown in No2; but it could be 'innocent' & delightful as in No6 & No7; or it could be beautiful & miraculous as in No3. Dvorak also didn't forget to add a little bit of his ingenious subtltety into No1 & No8, making them such a perfect choice for the opening & ending of this brilliant compilation. |

This piece really strengthens my belief that violin concertos are almost always brilliant, no matter which composer we are talking about. I love the opening to the 3rd movement the most, especially because of its clear & powerful voice – which gives the whole piece a distinct characteristic that distinguishes it from all other violin concertos. |
