| Brandenburg Concerto No.1 BWV.1046 E-Major Mo2(03:51) Mo3(07:40) Mo4(12:23) |
This piece is somehow a bit boring to listen to. |
| Brandenburg Concerto No.2 BWV.1047 F-Major Mo2(05:10) Mo3(09:03) |
Nicely played by both the brass & the wind instruments! |
| Cantata BWV1 (Wie shön leuchtet den Morgenstern) |
I just adore the beautiful choir and all those lovely solo voices! |
| Harpsichord Concerto No.1 BWV.1052 D-Minor Mo2(07:24) Mo3(13:43) |
Although the melody of this piece is really stunning, but I can't say that I'm a fan of the harpsichord. |
| Sonata for Solo Violin No.1 BWV.1001 G-Minor |
One of the best solo violin that I've ever listened to! |
| Suite No.2. BWV.1068 D-Major Overture(00:00) Air(07:36) Gavotte(12:05) Bourree(15:43) Gigue(17:08) |
There is a reason why this is the best composition of Bach; and it's because the piece is absolutely sensational. Although other parts are already brilliant, it's the soft voice of "Air" that really 'breathes fire' into this Suite. |
| Violin Concerto BWV.1042 E-Major Mo2(06:48) Mo3(11:45) |
Typical representation for Bach's style. However, this concerto is a bit disappointing because it lacks the sharpness of the main violin. I particuarly dislike the addition of the harpsichord into the music. |
